This is me.

I love to introduce audiences to new brands through special programs and experiences, social media and digital content. I believe that people want to experience their favorite brands through their lifestyle and not base their interaction solely through a cash register.

A graduate of Lincoln University, this is where I developed my love for building bonds and keeping people engaged to #TheCulture of zillennials through media and community. Over the past few years, I have worked with some amazing companies including Paramount+, Complex Networks, BET Networks, Nickelodeon, USA Today College, Her Agenda, Dormify, and Her Campus. All of which have peeked my interests in new opportunities in the entertainment & lifestyle industry.

Develop and manage the go-to-market strategy and consumer marketing campaigns for Showtime Original programming and the new Paramount+ with Showtime subscription plan. Campaigns were inclusive of tactics across O&O channels, off-channel paid media, OOH, and consumer-facing IRL experiences.

The Chi x Everyday People: Chi Fam Reunion

 

 

Our campaign approach for season 6A is The Chi Fam Reunion. Our events became the reunion spots to reconnect with our loyal viewers and welcome new, prospective fans to the family. We brought the Everyday People community into our growing #CHIFAM in 3 priority markets - Chicago, Los Angeles, and Atlanta!

  • Over 6,800 attendees in total

  • IG story coverage reached over 572K people

  • Events served as a key driver in increasing & building our brand awareness of our new streaming home on Paramount+, and the new Paramount+ with Showtime plan. 

BET Awards 2020:

Reimagined Radio Room

Due to the pandemic, our annual Radio Room during BET Awards weekend in LA was cancelled. BET decided to hold a virtual Radio Room to engage show talent and radio DJs.

 

Hosted by BET alum Big Tigger, our reimagined radio room provided DJs across the country the opportunity to interview various talent & nominees ahead of the BET Awards.

 

Interview clips were then circulated to the radio DJs and their respective local stations to promote on their social platforms to drive excitement and tune-in for the show.

  • Drove 51 million impressions across 29 Markets including 35 Radio Stations & numerous talent. 

BET Hip Hop Awards 2020:

15th Anniversary Fashion Book

 

 

BET celebrates the 15th anniversary of the BET Hip Hop Awards with a 15-year fashion retrospective showcasing the most memorable fashion looks from the last 15 years curated by Hip Hop stylist to the stars June Ambrose. Fans were able to access the fashion book online, while winners of our partnered HYPEBEAST social giveaway received the physical coffee book.

Amid a pandemic, a Black empowerment movement, and the most consequential election of our lifetime, the world needs to hear what Hip Hop has to say. Our social campaign encompassed top hip hop advocates encouraging the black community to vote in the 2020 election.

Experiential Screening 

 

 

To promote Lena Waithe's new series Twenties, BET leaned into the show's tagline "Your Twenties Are A Work Of Art" to create an experiential screening of the show during Art Basel 2019 in Miami. Along with an exclusive screening and  Q&A with the cast, we allowed up-and-coming artists to show their work in our art gallery and invited fans take part in a custom face painting from artist Laolu.

To promote the premiere of Lena Waithe's Twenties, BET tapped into 3 up-and-coming artists to create Out-of-Home murals inspired by the show. Artwork was created by artists Trap Bob (Washington D.C.), Jade Purple Brown (Chicago), and Markeidric The Great (Atlanta).
